1. Collection of personal data
   Star Micronics Southeast Asia Co., Ltd will keep your personal data (name-surname/telephone number/email) in the product warranty system after receiving your consent. If such personal data is stolen, lost or damaged by electronic means due to unauthorized access, force majeure or whatever the case may be, Star Micronics Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. will disclaim all liability for the aforementioned events. 

2. Usage of personal data
   Star Micronics Southeast Asia Co., Ltd will use your personal data (name-surname/telephone number/email) to record in the product warranty system only after we receive your consent. The data will not be published or used for commercial purposes in any way. 

3. Disclosure of personal data
   Star Micronics Southeast Asia Co., Ltd will not publish your personal data (name-surname/telephone number/email/address). All information will be kept confidential. 

4. Storing and deleting personal data
   Star Micronics Southeast Asia Co., Ltd will use your personal data to record in the warranty system and then the company will keep your personal data for at least six months from the date you filled in the data. After six months the company will delete your personal data from the system. 

5. Contacting Us – Access and Correction, Withdrawal of Consent
   You have the right to request for access to your personal data, receive a copy of such data, correct, or delete such data, or restrict, object to, or withdraw consent to the processing of such data. To do so, please submit your requests to

By submitting such a request, you confirm that it relates to your own personal data and warrant that where you are submitting this request on behalf of another person, you are authorized by such person to submit such request and to provide his/her information for such purposes.
