A: Product warranty doesn’t cover as the following reasons.

• Due to ants, termites and all kinds of insect. Cannot be working as usual after cleaned.
• Due to use the product apart recommendation from Star.
• Due to being dropped or violently bumped causing the product to be damaged.
• Due to use the product apart specification specified such as temperature, humidity or etc.
• Due to repair, fixing or modify the product by client.
• Due to liquid spills such as water, food scraps and various food ingredients or from metal dropping.
• Due to use the product with abnormal voltage.
• Due to accident during the product translation to client.
• Due to there are signs of opening or unpacking the product and scratches on the product.
